The BMWs driver noticed an on coming vehicle as they were passing the Subaru, and swerved back into the westbound lane. The Subaru was forced off the right side roadway where it hit a driveway embankment, a parked vehicle, a house, and a tree, before overturning and ejecting the driver.
The unidentified man in the Subaru was airlifted to Grant Medical Center in critical condition.
