Narrative
VINTON CO., OH – One person died, and another sustained serious injuries in a multi-vehicle crash along the highway in central Vinton County.
Police say four-vehicles were involved in a chain-reaction collision on OH-93 just north of McArthur around 4:15 p.m. Friday.
The teen passenger of a Honda died at the scene of the accident, and medics transported a man via air ambulance to a regional hospital.
It’s unclear if anyone else required hospitalization in the crash,
Officials closed OH-93 for multiple hours while crews worked to clear the scene.
