Narrative
BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, OH – A motorcycle accident in Brooklyn Heights resulted in the death of an 18-year-old woman on Sunday. According to a spokesperson from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Savannah Kapis lost control of her motorcycle at around 7:36 p.m. on West Granger Road and Tuxedo Avenue. The motorcycle then struck a curb at a high rate of speed, ejecting the rider.
Kapis was rushed to MetroHealth Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead a short time later. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
