Narrative
COLUMBUS, OH – Two people went to the hospital Friday from injuries sustained in a solo crash in Columbus.
The collision occurred early in the morning on Omar Drive near Bulen Avenue, which is just east of Marion-Franklin High School.
Police say that for unknown reasons, the driver of a westbound Ford Escort lost control control of the vehicle, causing it to collide with multiple parked cars along the roadway.
Medics transported two of the three occupants of the Ford to the hospital. The driver sustained critical injuries, while the front passenger was admitted in stable condition.
A full investigation is underway.
