MOUNT VERNON, OH – One person died Thursday when a semi-truck and a motorcycle collided at a busy intersection in central Knox County.
The incident happened at 4:36 p.m. at the intersection of Columbus Road and South Main Street, which is just south of Kokosing River.
Police haven’t shared any details about the cause of the accident, nor have they released the victim’s identity.
Officials closed Columbus Road for over an hour while crews attended to the victims and worked to clear the scene.
