Narrative
HEBRON, OH – A solo crash in south-central Licking County killed a 16-year-old girl on Thursday evening.
The accident occurred around 5:45 p.m. on Refugee Road near Canyon Road East in Hebron.
Police say the teen driver of a 2003 Toyota Corolla lost control of her vehicle, left Refugee Road, and hit a concrete wall in a roadside ditch.
The driver, identified as Megan Hart, died at the scene of the accident.
Authorities do not suspect drugs and alcohol.
