Narrative
LOUISVILLE, OH – A 36-year-old man died after a late morning collision involving an 18-wheeler at a busy intersection in Louisville on Friday.
The incident occurred around 11 a.m. at Atlantic Boulevard and California Avenue, which is just south of Thomas Aquinas High School and Middle School.
The investigation indicates that a semi-truck struck a northbound sedan in the intersection, killing the driver of the latter vehicle.
Authorities identified the victim as Christopher Brogan.
The truck driver did not sustain injuries in the accident.
Police do not suspect intoxication as a factor in the crash. A full investigation is underway to determine what might have caused the accident.
